Main roles and responsibilities
Michael J Symons – Managing Director
- Michael has overall responsibility for the company. He oversees Sales
and Marketing and all Health and Safety compliance.
Jacqueline J Symons – Company Secretary / Human Resources
- Jacqueline has responsibility for all accounting deadlines,
personnel and recruitment.
Mark Webster – Construction Director
- Mark has specific responsibility for all site projects, including onsite Health and Safety management. He oversees all project managers to ensure time, cost and quality standards are met.
Mark joined Avondale in 2007 from one of London’s leading fit-out and refurbishment contractors bringing to the business over 20 years experience in this specialist area of the industry.
Matt Birch – Site Manager
- Matt is our site manager with over 15 years experience in all aspects of project management within the fit out industry. He is safety trained to manager level and has first aid and fire marshal status
Roger Wagstaff – Furniture Sales
- Roger assumes overall responsibility for the furniture division. He draws on more than 25 years experience in furniture installations , advising on space planning and budgets, and liaising with manufacturers and clients.
Surinder Mannick – Administration
- Surinder is responsible for all administration and sub contract payments; together with Health and Safety compliance and compiling project manuals for handover.
