Works:
- Avondale was instructed by Gleeds to fit out four floors of office space to create a new serviced office centre.
- Works consisted of Komfort Klassic partitioning with full height maple doors, new small power and extended lighting with a new teapoint area on each floor.
- Cat 5 data cabling to each floor and new security system provided 24 hour monitoring. All floors fitted with new carpet tiles and laminate floors. New office furniture from Ofquest Ltd.
- Avondale handed over the project within the agreed programme and to budget.
