Works:
- Avondale was instructed by Davis Langdon project managers, to design and build a new service centre on four floors.
- The scope of works at Thames Street, Windsor consisted of the refurbishment of the existing air conditioning plant including a new chiller, small power and lighting, category 5 data cabling, new telephone system, new partitions and suspended ceilings, all new raised floors, new carpet and laminate floors, new reception area and new tea points to each floor. All areas redecorated with paint and vinyl wall coverings. New security system with 24-hour monitoring.
- Avondale handed the project over within the agreed programme.
- The project was compleated by installing 220 workstations, and furniture for the meeting rooms and breakout areas.
