Works:
- A fast-track programme which included for the provision of a new office suite for the company commercial department of BP Collins a legal firm based in Gerrards Cross.
- Works consisted of the strip out/demolition of the existing floor including old radiator systems and boiler.
- The new works included installation of a new VRV air conditioning system, and fresh air intake for the office area. Installation of office partitions which were Komfort System range and supplemented with KM3 storagewall.
- New lighting and ceilings were provided along with small power and Cat 5 cabling. A new security system and door entry system was also installed. The range of office furniture came from Desking Systems Ltd.
- Project handed over within timescale and resulted in Avondale receiving another instruction for BP Collins Employment department.
