Works:
- The works consist of complete stripping out of all existing ceilings, partitions and floor coverings along with the existing mechanical and electrical services.
- Installation of new air conditioning and new small power and lighting throughout 3 floors.
- New reception and entrance to the building, along with new wc’s and kitchen facilities.
- A new fire alarm security system and access control were also installed.
- The existing courtyard was completed taken up and new Saxon slabs and block paviors were laid. New brick planters were built to enhance the Courtyard and new wrought iron gates installed.
