Works:
- Avondale were instructed by Maiden Global Holdings to design and build their European Head Office.
- The offices were built over 5,000 square feet and included.
- New reception with glass doors and screens.
- New offices, meeting room and open plan areas for directors and staff.
- Office furniture by Tula and Aeron chairs by Herman Miller.
- A new fire detection and door access control system was installed.
- New carpet tiles by Interface and laminate flooring were laid.
- A break out area with kitchen was installed.
