Contract works included:
- Stripping out of existing ceilings, floor finishes, internal partitioning, services and tenants’ fixtures and fittings.
- New VRV air conditioning and ventilation systems
- New lighting, small power, fire alarm systems and security system
- Refurbishment of landlords areas including toilets
- New suspended ceilings, floor finishes and partitioning
- Complete redecoration of all areas
- All boardroom areas refurbished
- Installation of 220 workstations and furniture for the meeting rooms and breakout areas
The project was completed on time and within the budget.
