Client: UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Ltd
Site: Category A fit out to various floors at Stephenson House and
Knollys House at Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon
Programme: Contract spread over period 2003 – 2008
Works:
- Stephenson House - £2.9 million over floors 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th.
- Knollys House - £2.3 million over 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th floors.
Both buildings are multi-tenanted. Contracts were awarded to
Avondale Interiors Ltd on the expiration of individual tenancies.
Contract Works:
- Stripping out of existing ceilings, floor finishes, internal partitioning, services and tenant’s fixtures and fittings
- New VRV air conditioning and ventilation systems
- New lighting, small power and fire alarm systems
- Refurbishment of landlords areas including toilets
- New suspended ceilings and floor finishes
- Complete redecoration of all areas
- Each contract was completed to budget and to programme
