within the ft out and refurbishment market ensures your project is being handled by
experts with many years of experience and a strong desire to create a successful
project and a happy client team.
At Avondale we co-ordinate, manage and supervise the construction process to ensure
that every project is run professionally and that it is built safely. We offer advice on cost
and time implication scenarios throughout should the parameters of the project change
when under-way so that you know fully where you are in terms of project deadline
and cost certainty. We co-ordinate delivery of the O&M Manuals so that on completion
you are given an up-to-date folder incorporating all essential documentation including
equipment warranties and guarantees.
Finally, we manage the whole process of client move-in and building occupancy and
often continue to be involved with you post-occupancy when you have a need for a
small work requirement.
We value the relationships we have with our clients and hope to look after you when
the major project is completed. For all projects up to and around £100k our dedicated
special work team co-ordinates the smaller projects that are often as demanding and
